I started taking Yoga with Tracy just after my second child was born. Needless to
say, I needed an escape from the house, and a relaxing form of exercise to get back
in shape gently. Yoga helps with stiffness in my back, hips and arms and the
stretching helps with flexibility in my whole body. Listening to Tracy's voice puts me
in a relaxed state while I breathe and meditate, close my eyes and focus on me only
